Research standards
How every lot is tested
Material arrives in lots. Before a lot is listed, a sample is sent to an independent analytical laboratory with no stake in the result. The lab checks identity and purity by HPLC and reports against that lot number, not against the product in general.
If a lot has no published report, it is not for sale. The store software will not list it.
Reading a lab report
A report belongs to one lot. Purity is the share of the material that is the named substance, and our lots typically read around 99 per cent. Net content is how much material the vial actually holds, which should match or exceed the label.
Every order records which lot it shipped from, so the report you read is the report for the vial you receive.
Storage and handling
Sealed vials keep best cold, dark and dry: a refrigerator for the short term, a freezer for long storage, and away from light and heat.
Label anything you open with the date and the lot number so it stays traceable in your records.
Who we sell to
Everything we supply is for laboratory and in vitro research only. It is not for human or veterinary use, not a drug, supplement or food, and has not been evaluated by the FDA. We are not a compounding pharmacy or an outsourcing facility.
Buyers must be 21 or older and hold an account. We do not give advice on using any material, and staff are not permitted to.
Shipping
Orders ship from within the United States once payment has cleared. If a package arrives damaged, short or not as ordered, reply to your order confirmation with photos and we will put it right.
